Community Care

The Heart of Our Firm.

At O’Connor MacLeod Hanna (OMH), we pride ourselves on actively participating in our local communities.

Our firm has been a part of the Halton community for more than 50 years, and we have had the pleasure of serving multiple generations of Halton residents with all their legal needs.

Community involvement has always been a strong pillar of our firm; Halton and the surrounding areas recognize OMH for their commitment to bettering the communities we call home. We make a point of investing in business, legal, and charitable initiatives within Halton, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to helping shape the communities we live and work in. With an almost 100% community participation rate amongst our firm members, we are connected to various charities and organizations, making fundamental changes in the community.

Over the years, we have given our time to numerous charities and not-for-profit organizations including the United Way of Halton and Hamilton, Kerr Street Ministries, Burlington Food Bank, the Rotary Club of Oakville West, the Oakville Community Foundation, and the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton (CAFH). We also support countless community events and initiatives that improve the lives of those in the community throughout the year.

Understanding the Business Community.

Our lawyers and staff recognize that there is more to legal assistance than just staying up to date on the changes in the law. To serve our clients better, our lawyers stay apprised of essential information and develop strong relationships by participating in the professional and legal communities representing Halton and surrounding areas.

Our lawyers invest their time in various groups, including the Oakville, Milton and Burlington Chambers of Commerce and the Halton County Law Association. We regularly participate in professional networking events and stay apprised of trends and events happening in the local, regional, and international business communities.
