Private Equity and Venture Capital

A private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC) transaction typically involves an investment by a PE or VC fund and its sponsor in securities issued by a private corporation. We are experienced in executing legal work ranging from fund formation (typically in the form of a limited partnership) to fund raising (through various prospectus exemptions) to investments in start-up and early-stage enterprises.
