Enforcement of Foreign Judgements
Foreign Judgements must be registered in Ontario before they can be enforced. OMH lawyers can navigate the necessary provincial legislation and procedure for enforcing foreign judgements in Ontario, prepare the necessary documentation, and navigate the Court system to assist you in registering your foreign Judgement in Ontario. Once registered, OMH counsel can also assist you in assessing the likelihood of return on enforcement and can assist with the enforcement process itself, whether it is by filing Writs of Execution, conducting Examinations in aid of execution, or proceeding by way of Garnishment.
