Biography

As part of the Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning team at OMH, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and estate administration, to ensure their estates are structured and managed according to their wishes and interests.

Elizabeth’s practice focuses on individual wills, corporate wills for clients with corporations or corporate interests, continuing powers of attorney for property, and powers of attorney personal care that incorporate the client’s personal care wishes. In addition, her comprehensive understanding of estate law, allows her to advise her clients on incorporating trusts and beneficiary designations for registered plans and insurance policies into wills, and to craft personalized estate plans that meet her clients’ unique needs and goals. Whether preparing an estate plan or advising executors and trustees on the administration of estates, Elizabeth approaches each client with empathy and precision and strives to guide them through the complete process with clarity and compassion.

A member of the Canadian Bar Association / Ontario Bar Association (CBA/OBA), Elizabeth holds Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching crime drama.
