Sherry Hussain

Sherry Hussain joined the Business Law group at O’Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP following the successful completion of her articles with the firm.

Her practice includes advising clients on a broad range of business law matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses, the preparation, review, and negotiation of leases and various contracts, and assisting in the establishment of companies.

Sherry's educational background is rooted in her time at Queen's University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Juris Doctor degrees. During her time at Queen’s, Sherry was on the Dean’s Honour List, achieved course prizes, and participated in many extra-curricular activities.

Dedication to supporting local businesses is integral to Sherry’s professional values. This passion for community engagement led her to volunteer at the Queen's Business Law Clinic, where she directly contributed to the success of local entrepreneurs.

Sherry's roots are deeply embedded in Oakville, where she was raised and continues to reside. Her strong ties to the Halton community manifest in her dedication to making a positive impact on the local business landscape and helping her clients succeed.

Outside of work, Sherry has a passion for art, film, and travel.
